The Genmai coffee is the most healthiest and delicious caffeine and gluten free coffee alternative. It is made from 100% natural Tottori approved brown rice or unpolished rice by roasted to Medium Deep Roast like Full City Roast and grounded to Medium Fine Grind that that has a smooth, drinkable feel and allows for the Genmai's nutritional content to be absorbed efficiently. One serving of Genmai Coffee easily made in the same manner as drip coffee. A delicious cup like American coffee can be made by filtering one tablespoon (5.0g) of Genmai Coffee with a cup of hot water (200cc). The more deep taste like Italian can be made in the same manner by filtering one coffee mesure cup (15g) of Genmai Coffee with 600cc of hot water. If using a coffee maker, you can make it good in the same ratio. Add desired amounts of milk, soy milk, ginger, cinnamon, or other spices along with brown sugar (or other sweetener), to enjoy a rich, ethnic flavor.
